Patient Satisfaction Surveys
The Practice undertakes a Patient Survey each year to gather feedback on the service we provide. You may be asked to complete a questionnaire when you come in to the Surgery, to help us with this.
We try to use the patient questonnaire results to shape changes and future services. You can view these results in the Patient Feedback section.
The Friends & Family test
The F&F test is based on one simple question: How likely are you to recommend our GP's practice to Friends & Family? Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think about your experience-what you like about the surgery and what you think we could improve. Please follow the F&F Test link on the Home page.
We do our best to ensure that our services meet the highest standards. Should any aspect of our service not meet with your expectations or you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services we operate a complaints procedure which meets NHS criteria. We ask first that you give us the opportunity to remedy the situation. If you remain dissatisfied you may complain in writing to the Practice Manager.
